Vamp was born in 2005 when Florence Gan took the leap from the film industry, where she worked as a costumer, to pursue her passion for shoes by opening her own shop.  What started as a personal dream has evolved into a business dedicated to connecting independent designers with customers and a passion for the craft of shoemaking. 

After operating as a beloved fixture in Silver Lake and Los Feliz Los Angeles for 18 years, Vamp said goodbye to the storefront and hello to the 100% online shop, continuing to bring the thoughtfully curated selection of shoes and accessories to customers and reaching shoe lovers far beyond Los Angeles!
